4 CHEAP Beauty Secrets

I have to tell you, I debated a lot about writing this post and to share my at home beauty secrets but I wouldn’t be your true friend if I didn’t.

So here are some cheap at home things I do that has made my life so much easier, saves me alot of money and the biggest is ‘I am a MOM and I have NO time’ to go out for everything. I would be lying if I said I am not jealous of all those awesome bloggers who go to spas, and eyebrow and lash extension places on a weekly or biweekly basis. I tried to be that person but  had to stop it  because it just wasn’t working out for me.

Derma planing @home

Ok I know we have all heard about derma planing and its basically a procedure done at spas to remove the first layer of the dead skin and facial hair using a scalpel( surgical blade) .In simple words its shaving your face with a sharper blade. So yes I do derma plane(aka shave) my face at home using these tiny RAZORS. Its easy , quick ,cheap, doesn’t hurt and no your hair doesn’t grow back thicker or longer. This was introduced to me by a very close friend. I have been doing this for a few months now and its honestly made my face look so much cleaner and smoother. I simply do it once every two weeks on clean dry skin. The best part is my makeup goes on so well. Try it and you wont regret this atall.

Eyebrows @home

This is such a money saver. I haven’t been to an eyebrow or wax studio maybe for a year now. Its just so easy to do it at home with TWEEZERS. JUST DON’T OVERPLUCK. Only pluck the extras. The trick is to pluck every 4 days. Don’t let it overgrow cause then you will get lazy and your brows will loose shape. That’s when you resort to an  eyebrow studio. So pluck frequently and only the extras.

Tightening Mask @home

I do have expensive masks that I swear by but when I need a something for tightening I always go to THIS ONE. Mix it with some apple cider vinegar and seriously it gives you that squeeqy clean feeling with tightening. I love this mask.

Root touch @home

With each year my hair continues to grow more greys. I don’t have the time to go to a salon every month to get my roots touched up so the best I can do is use hair color at home. There are many brands available but I always get THIS HAIR COLOR for my roots in the shade darkest brown! The quantity is perfect for me as its only for my roots.
