Makeup is something I love to play around with. I have always been a makeup junkie. I still remember the first YouTube makeup tutorial I saw and that’s it, I was hooked on. Experimenting with looks and binge-watching makeup videos is my favorite thing to do  post kids bedtime. Then it’s my playtime J

I want to keep today’s post about my key essential products for my everyday makeup look. These are my current favorites, that I keep going back to when creating an everyday makeup look.  What I look for in an everyday makeup look is to subtly add color, warmth and structure to my face! I have linked all the products in the heading as well as at the end of the post.

FACE

1.Tarte Shape tape concealer

It’s the best concealer in town and it’s my most essential product. It’s perfect to conceal my dark circles and does not crease at all! I got this in the shade Medium and its the perfect color for tan skin like mine!

2. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer

This is my second most used product. An eyebrow pencil adds an instant face life to your face! If you aren’t using one you need to. I get the medium brown shade.  Its way lighter than my natural brown/black hair, but that way even if I do get too much product on my brows it’s still doesn’t look like I have fake dark lines on my face.

3.MAC Mineralize Skinfinish powder

So I don’t use foundation on an everyday basis. I never seem to like foundation on my face. It just makes me feel like I have a thick layer of something on my face! So on a daily, I use this powder by MAC(medium dark). It’s got a smooth finish and I use a flat round sponge to apply it on all over my face.  Tip- If I have blemishes or acne on a particular day, I try to spot cover it with the concealer and blend it with this powder. I still don’t gravitate towards a foundation unless it’s for a special occasion!

4.Benefit Hoola Bronzer

This bronzer is the best I have found when you don’t want a heavy contour but want to add warmth to your face. I apply it under my cheekbones and around the bridge of my nose.

5.Tarte Mineralise blush

This non-shimmer blush in pink nude is my go to blush. Its light and has a smooth finish on the skin. If you are looking to change up your blush this one would be a good choice.

EYES

6.Urban Decay 25/7 Waterline Eye Pencil (Legend)

You all are going to thank me later! This is my best makeup find of 2017. I have always been a big fan of Graphblack by MAC on my waterline but by the end of the day its nowhere close to my waterline. Like a murder scene in CSI 🙂 This is a 24/7 demi matte waterproof specifically made for your waterline eye pencil. It doesn’t smudge and stays put (try it). I have it in the color legend which is the black they have! If you are like me, and always apply eye kohl to your waterline, this pencil will be a life changer for you!

7.MAC Black/Brown Eyeshadow

So this is my trick to make my eyes look done without doing much to them! I smudge a little black eyeshadow on my lower lash line and then smudge a little half way through (Center of the eyelid to the end ) the upper lash line to give it a more fuller lash look. Any black or dark brown eyeshadow will do here!

8.Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara

I am loving this mascara. Its been only a month or so I have been using it ,but I love it!  It adds tons of volume to my lashes. Every girl needs a good mascara!

LIPS

9.Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip liner

A lip liner (pillowtalk) is super essential for your lipstick to stay. I always use this one under any nude lipstick.

10.KatVon D Liquid lipstick (Lolita)

This is my current favorite Matt liquid lipstick other than Secrets by Ciate London. I love that it’s a nude matte brown with a hint of pink!
